WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our product and for sanitary reasons all sales are final. We do not issue refunds. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item we will be more than happy to replace it. Simply email service@glamvibez.shop and include an image of the damaged product. Also, be sure to put Damaged Product in the subject line.  

Please read all of the information under the item description and be aware of our turn around time frame before placing your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

 Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it is placed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All nails are made to order! Our processing time is 7 - 14 business days. This means that when you place your order it will be shipped by USPS within 7-14 business days. 

Please keep in mind that each set is hand made and takes time to make. We try our very best to design nails as efficiently as possible so that we can ship orders as quickly as possible.  

DO I HAVE TO SIZE MY NAILS?

No. You don't have to worry about sizing your nails because our sets come with 10 different sizes. Each of our sets contain 20 nails.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRESS ON NAILS LAST?

Our press on nails will last 7 - 10 days with proper glue application. Press on nails can last for 1 day with nail tab application.. Each set comes with glue and nail tabs. 

ARE YOUR PRESS ON NAILS MADE WITH GEL POLISH OR ACRYLIC?

Our press on nails are made with GEL polish.

ARE YOUR PRESS ON NAILS REUSABLE?

Yes. Our press on nails are reusable. Using nail tabs will make it easier for the nails to be reused. When using nail glue we suggest filing any excess nail glue from the artificial nail first.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM SETS?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom nails at this time.
